Suggest to buy a fully airconed van. Plenty of space at the back. Get a pillow, mattress and cushions. Old model renault kangoo not bad.

If cost is the only consideration, it will never be worth it to buy one no matter what you compare to - be it bus, MRT, walk, cycle. Even if take grab back and forth everyday it likely still ends up cheaper.

But extra convenience, vanity, or if you just straight up have the means to then why not?
