I replied ok, so sit at waiting area watching movie. 1355hrs Chanel came down, okt give me signal. One guy came in and said he booked Chanel 2pm(through Chanel). Me and that guy

Then Chanel told OKT client extend till 3pm, so if I am ok I will be next in queue. The other guy have to wait till 4pm.

Told OKT let the other guy take 3pm, I can come another day.

OKT said Chanel very popular, 2-4 sessions very common for her.
Have to try my luck next round.

Pete is stupid old fool who cannot manage his girls and appointment properly.

What you experienced is pretty normal. I had to wait for 1-2hrs for the girl to finish her session, only to be told that she has another appointment fixed via her own WC and need to wait another hour or so

I have never experience such nonsense in other houses as the girl & OKT will have a proper system to ensure no double-booking. Dun need to waste customer's time.

Anyway my advice is next time obtain the girl's WC and book directly with her if you wish to rtf (only for this stupid house)
