Havent been there but the chain of spas open till 3-4am secretly and is 99% clean. 88 spa btw.

Is the law still that licensed massage joints must close at 10.30pm? I remember they had made that change pre Covid, has it been loosened?

Depends on the conditions in their licence. Those that are not deemed to be in residential area can open to later hours. There could be other conditions I am not aware of or exemption that allows some shops to operate till later.

It's just like you go to some coffeeshop and they still have a smoking yellow box corner where smoker diners can share their 2nd hand tobacco exhaust with you. At a time when smokers are not even allowed to light up at the void decks. All up to the licence conditions.
