I also have this issue with the VLC player with the recent files.

This is my findings:

Those files downloaded in the "download folder", the preview icon cannot see in windows. All these files that cannot view as preview icon all got this issue when i play in VLC player, a bit laggy, will stop a bit, not smooth.

The previous video files that TS posted, i download, the preview icon files all can see properly, all these files play in VLC player very smooth.

I don't know is it the file problem or VLC player issue.
