In Silom there is an Irish pub O'Malley's. Take BTS to Sala Deang. Its along Silom Road.

In Sukhumvit at Soi19 there is Black Swan. Tale BTS to Asok station, walk towards soi19, it along the shophouses behind Westin hotel/Robinsons (back entrance).

Sometimes after to much thai beers and wanted something different, I will go these places for Guiness draft on tap.

There other English/Irish pubs long Sukhumvit Road, after soi 23.....

I go Mikkeller at Ekkamai for my beer fix. Good range of beer selection, but not sure about Happy Hour though.

A great suggestion. Sadly their location isn’t super easy to get to. As a craft beer fan I spent time at Hair of the Dog. The craft beer scene is going strong up here.

If you want a craft beer, go to CRAFT on soi 23 (just around the corner from Cowboy). Price is almost SG craft beer price but their menu is extensive and good food too.

Another good place for craft beer is the roof top of Radisson Blue hotel.
Or Beer republic also not bad.
