Jiangsu is they are mostly fair... services etc depends on individual girls lah.. nothing to do with which province they are from..

He’s referring to a particular group of MLs from Jiangsu who know and look out for one another. I can safely say most, if not all of them, are service-oriented and worth your money.

If a new girl from that faction comes along, she’ll probably be worth trying out.
