21 years of undergrad in China, 2011, drove a car and bang 2x pedestrains on the road (same direction), he came down, walked one round and tried to drive away kanna stop by another driver.

When TP came, they found around 1400m? before that accident, he hit another girl......alledgely, he came down, see girl no die, take out knife and poke her 21 times. So both cases went to court and guy was sentenced to death...appeal and willing to pay...
