Even if your fingers did not come in contact with any fluid, did you bonk her?? Did you wear a condom?? Even if you did, does your condom protect the whole lower part of your body?? Your groin area will still come in contact her bodily fluid no matter what.

If you wore a condom which did not break for an oral sex and there was no contact with vaginal fluids or blood, there should be no chance of HIV transmission

Where ever there is transfer of fluids (semen, vaginal discharge or blood) the virus can be transfered.

If the receiver of oral sex is infected he or she can transmit the infection to the giver by semen or vaginal discharge.

Oral risk is low risk but "NOT" no risks. For oral, performing partner is at higher risk than receptive partner. If you ask my opinion, as long as both ways can get, dont take chances lor. If there is bleeding gum be it minor or major, small or big, STDs can definitely easy to get. Take into consideration that bleeding gum is common and sometimes we dont notice. I read somewhere (cant remember where i read it) in SG, estimated peoples contracted STDs are about or close to 2 millions and this rate is very high especially for a 4 millions population in SG.
