She banks she banks
This is a story about my exp 2 years ago.
I am working in a local bank as an rm. Banking job is boring and it's all about currencies, bonds, investments and all the bull shit you say to your clients asking them to trust you and continue to pas you money to roll. The fun part is what happens after work daily. We report for work at 830 to 9am, anytime after 9am you will be fined. I am usually early because I believe in using money to pay for girls or booze then fines. Our team consists of personal Bankers and relationship managers. PB are juniors and RMs are more experience and worked for a longer period, Our BM is F, let's call her Felicia (fake name)  She is 38 year old and married with 2 girls. Sorry for wait boys, let's continue.
Our branch got 15 rms and about 25 pbs. In banking you can only be promoted if: Your family is rich You damn Zai. Sales power Your Uncle is you know who You lucky and get a lucky base Or you create your ladder I Want to be promoted badly. Therefore when there are any opportunities of drinks, I will be there. As she is the lady boss, many colleagues find her capable and successful. Many suck up to her and keep wanting to be around her. I wanted to but I am not the por type. What should I do? I just followed when there are chances and when I am there I just play along but I will never intitiate a chat with her. Usually she will come and chat with me. I will be cold but in my heart I want more I want my promotion I want more clients I want to fuck you I am willing to go off the limits
