Man who smashed Mercedes in road rage incident is high-ranking RBS exec

Mercedes-Benz has been revealed to be the Royal Bank of Scotland's head of credit structuring and repackaging for the Asia-Pacific.

According to a Straits Times report, a spokesman for RBS confirmed on Friday that Mr Stefan Masuhr, the bank's head of credit structuring and repackaging for the Asia-Pacific, had been involved in the incident which took place on the Central Expressway on Tuesday.

36-year-old female Mercedes driver, Madam Wang, had been driving on the Central Expressway (CTE) and was turning into Braddell Road when a blue Bentley suddenly overtook her. The Bentley then screeched to a halt, forcing Madam Wang to step on her brakes.

According to Madam Wang, the man then got out of his car and stormed towards the Mercedes, shouting at her. He claimed that she had cut into his lane first, and so had retaliated by doing the same to her.

He then slammed his fist into her car windscreen multiple times so hard it cracked.
