If you're refering to the non-Chinese FL's like Malays and Indians,
the reason is that their community is rather small as compared to
the Chinese. There is a high chance that they might meet someone

Last time, these FLs told me they don't take Indians as some can be very big and they would be too shacked after 1 battle and they cannot continue business for the rest of the day.

Chinese are usually around 5-5.5" and not so thick
