I sense there is a a tension between SPF and MOH. SPF has to deal with the realities and seems to be trying to get GL open soon whereas MOH just paranoid over the risk of new cluster covid-19 spread.

Guess this is made worse by the recent cluster spreads in the nightlife industry in both Tokyo and Seoul.

These days, the prices are usually based on these 2 scenarios:

1. Shop has a "proper" reception counter upfront. No choice have to pay "entrance" fee based on duration you want.
Typically: $50 + $120 (for FJ) = $170
Usually I try to lower the entrance fee by taking 30 minute if they have

2. One to two-women operation shop.
These shops potentially can negotiate. If the ML is the boss herself, can try to lowball for $100 all in. But usually they will say the entrance fee is for the "boss", they don't earn anything from it. So if your negotiation skills are good, probably can get all in for around $130.
