i been taking cialis from my doctor but i dont wanna keep relying on medications and im only 22

update : visited a doctor and consulted him. He prescribed me cialis and convince me to get a vaccum therapy device that cost approx 800 ish but idk if got use anot. He asked me to take the cialis daily and use the device to help strengthen my penis muscle as erection uses 3 muscles
