My understanding is we will be in phase 3 until a vaccine or treatment is found and phase 3 is not return to normal like pre-virus days. Businesses like spas and massage can operate during phase 3, as mentioned in this article.

Hope that by phase 3 there are enough resource to carry out mass testing otherwise very easily cluster can form again.

Phase 3 is almost back to normal activity but with the additional safe mgmt meas.

Vaccine has high chance of being successful as this virus triggers an immune response and antibodies. In fact many countries already working on this which shows it is attainable. What takes time are the regulatory trials.

But surely no one among the covid recovered patients wants to be the guinea pig to see if they are infection-proof.
