Heavy vehicle firms urged to use telematics device Spring Singapore will subsidise cost of adopting Mobileye By jaira koh [email protected] IN the interest of improving road safety, the Singapore Transport Association (STA) is encouraging companies operating large vehicles to adopt an intelligent, vehicle-mounted system that monitors the driving habits of their drivers. It has teamed up with Spring Singapore, which will subsidise the cost of adopting the Mobileye Telematics Advanced Driver Assistance System through its Capability Development Grant. The system, launched yesterday, aims to reduce the number of road accidents involving drivers in the transportation and logistics sector in the following ways.
