Unable to cum as well/sex issue

Okay just so just now I visit a pretty china ML that looks like Korean model. So recently I get steroid antibiotic cream from the doctor who is a urologist and he feels a lot better I also managed to ask him if he managed to do circumcisation under general anaesthesia and he say that he is better than the shang method.

7) I myself do see a physiotherapist regularly to get treated of my upper back and the right side of my body. They also mentioned I have some kind of slouching related issue and have a mild form of scilocis.
