Just realised there are quite a few young and model hostesses who work at there. Anyone knows if non-Japanese are allowed in?

not my experience.
was told by a friend who worked in a jap company in sg.
they do accept non japs.
but be prepared to spend around 600 - 1k per pax.
what goes on inside?
its just girls sitting beside you, drinking with you, chatting with you, in japanese if you prefer. Thats all
no hanky panky stuff going around inside. there are a few real jap girls inside, but priority are probably for jap clients first.

why do jap men spend silly money on such joints?
because they can sign it off on their corporate card.
The perks of a japanese man working in a japanese corporate. Foreign men dont get such perks.
