Constant erection issue?

Anyone has a constant erection issue like me? I am in my mid 40s already. But I keep getting constant erection throughout the night. Would wake up in the middle of the night with an erection. Is this normal for someone at my age? I thought this only happens when we are in our 20s.

Perfectly normal for any male regardless of age provided they're in a good state of health.

Loss of spontaneous nocturnal erections invariably points to either a physiological or psychological issue (or both).

Depression, anxiety, low testosterone, hypertension, clogged arteries, side effects from medications are the main culprits.

Mine is not this condition. After i wake up, it slowly shrink back to normal size.

i think its normal as we grow older, lack of sleep and exercise and a poor diet plays a part too.
Most important is the mind also for sure, if we keep thinking want to perform, end up the little bro stress can't perform.

The average male should have about five to six directions throughout the night. Our body works it out for us automatically during the sleep

Its perfectly normal to wake up with a hard wood....i would be more worried if during sex cannot erect...but as time pass by noticed maintaining erection is another thing...
