I have tried to traceroute the traffic from star hub network to chinatelecom servers. looks like, traffic goes to US hob first, then to china. this means the signal cross the pacific ocean twice does not sound like a good solution.
so best option would be renting VPS servers from either US or Hong Kong. with many bro in China, the Hong Kong site would be a good solution.
Cost would be around 20 SGD per year, if we can get aroud 20 members interested. This service will be restricted to SBF members only. this is really a small sum, so try to invite friends to join, instead of account sharing among friends.
