it quite normal once the novelty dies off after 3 to 6 mths
especially with new blood coming in. After 9mths to 12 mths, they rely
on return cust or regulars only. those who failed keep their regulars

Just for the record I did Ferrari again. Yinzi was not available and Apple was just getting customer.
