think that their management totally changed. booked a room but arrived 10 mins late.. was told that room was given out. argued with them that i have been visiting there for quite long and this is the type of treatment i was given.. totally pissed off with them. even though that they have more gals, but their management totally cannot make it out. propose to all to boy cott this place till their attitude change for the better..

This has been happening all the while. There are times that I was on time for my room booking and yet they gave the room away to other customers.
