I think Danok is more of cowboy town.

Thanks for your valuable inputs, will most likely go to Hdy. Krung Thep I like. Dun need to waste time getting familiarised with a new place. I guess safety should be of little concern if we stick to Hdy proper itself.

hello to all senior bros... i have not been to hdy for nearly 1year. Any info if hatyai palace still having AV channel? i am also considering between merlin hotel too. Comparison of this 2hotels which one will u prefer. Your help is greatly appreciated

HDY Palace still runs jap AV channel.

Any1 in Hdy now? Will be there on Friday morning till Sunday noon. How's the security there, any threat from the unrest in Yala, Pattani or Narathiwat?

Security ?? Never been better.
Actually HDY never really had a threat.....except for the bomb that went off in Carrefour. But central HDY and the happening areas....never leh.

Hi Bro, From what i know only Hatyai palace and Pink lady have AV channel (cat 3 and 4 not 5 hor).Hope this helps!

Not sure abt hatyai palace, but merlin definitely do NOT have av channel - me colleague just went last week stayed two days merlin, & another day at JB hotel.

just came back a few hours ago from my recent visit to Hadyai. Met up with bro tv and bro johnny. Also met with a few other bros eg adam, lawrence and his friend. It's still a bit quiet in Hadyai except for the weekends, so still got lots of chicks to choose from. Safety wise the Thai army has beefed up the airport security and every car that goes to and fro the airport has to go through their security check.

We went for a short visit to Danuk also, which was quite an eye opener. On average there are much more swts (average age around 18-23) around and the agogo bar opens as early as 4pm. We didn't get much time to explore how much is it to book the girls out but they have a flower system where you can purchase flowers for the girl you like for 200thb and they'd come to sit next to you. Ladies drinks cost 100thb. Most of the girls allow you to raba raba here and there and even remove their tank tops. I believe they can be booked also but we only stayed for 1 hour so not much time to find out. Bro TV took some pics of the swts so do wait for it

Overall Danuk seems like a great place to cheong if there are a few people going at the same time, as places like the agogo bars cater for bigger groups and it would generally cost cheaper with more people.
