My Field ReportAfter a hard run on Sunday in the Marathon, I took 2 days to cool down my muscles. I went yesterday for massage to smoothen all my muscles.I thought it was fully book but I was the first customer at 2.00pm. It was raining heavily. She and me both caught in the rain at different location. We managed to meet at 2.05pm.I told her to focus massage my upper parts of my body , thighs and lower parts of my legs. She massaged my upper part of my body until I felt it was totally relax and smoothen out. The next portion was the thighs, I was yelling "pain, pain,pain" She laughed. She did it for half an hour on both thighs. Then we took a rest for a smoke and drink my coffee. Next she proceed to massage on my lower legs. My right legs was more painful than the left. After completed, I turned over to massage my stomach and front side of my thighs. The session end at 5.00pm.

We have dinner together near that area before she proceed for her next customer.

Just a reminder..... especially for those first-timers who has just got her nos....

After the run when I woke up the next day it is really hard on. But during the massage, I felt my body pain so it will be difficult to hard on.

After changing our appt for so many times, finally managed to meet up with her for her massage.
