Flower withdrawal is and should only be done on occasions where its totally justified.
I will spell out different scenarios that will justify.
1) Cheating or con job from singer
Before PPC, you know a singer and want, you and her make an agreement that she will go with you tonight.
$X hung and now she refuses to go!
This is already cheating! Withdrawal of flowers is clear cut.
Company dun let, dun be a sucker and pay then go everywhere KPKB.

2) Flower fight
If you flower fight wif an unknown foe only to find out that its them, the company outright trying to cheat your money, total withdrawal, they want to hammer you, play gangster, dun worry, the biggest gangster here is 999!

3. Control or total dominance of your singer
Fucking bitch 不听话 or wanna play ninja with you, withdrawal her flower but pay company portion!
Now she got no choice but to bow down or spread her legs for people she used to hang up & sell!

My philosophy is, singer do shit, pay company portion but withdraw her share.
Company do shit, all eat shit!
We go by reason, law, integrity not you say or who louder or fist bigger who is rite!

Of cos, this is only applicable if you really a hanger that goes in the 10s of thousands category. But if you 20, 50, 100, 200 or the occasional 500 type then dun bother to withdraw, cos it will only make you look damn cheapo

There are instances that I know customer does KPKB to withdraw the flower.

- When singer send nasty SMS to customer, customer show to management, and they at times, allow withdraw of flower.

- When flower fight and the other party hold bill. You never know they going to pay a not. If they don't pay on the spot, why should you.

- When the singer already left, why pay full, most of the time, the joint only ask for the company portion.
