From what i know yes you can just use a bluetooth mouse with your apple mobile device as it acts similarly like an external Vr controller, but do note that this is only applicable to apple mobile devices and not android ones because as some have mentioned before that all android mobile devices already have a built in controller system to function with any Vr system that you will be using

I recently bought the new Pico 4 VR headset and tried some paid VR porn sites for the first time.
