I always thought common law is not much different from civil law. Seems like Sg has another by-law called Law of the undoubtable females!

I had my fair share of bonking married ladies in the past, but I have since stopped doing so. I think some of these ladies are just too lonely or horny. But due to the fact that I treat them better than their husband and probably also I perform better on the bed, some of them want to leave their husband for me. No statute on woman rapist does not mean the act is condoned by the law. I'm sure she can still be charged for contravention to one of the Sections under Chapter XVI of the Penal Code as she had likely used drugs, forceful restraint, or threat on the man. Maybe she just infatuated with you bro. But its a tough game if both of you or just one of you are married. Just let her kno up front first that you dun intend to be more involved other than just have an affair. So whatever the case later on, you will have yr statement to fall back on. Its not easy to reject when presented with a chance so most guys will eat first but also not forget to wipe the mouth. Hehehe.
