this place isnt a fancy place its more of a "local" area in Umeda.
Closet Station: Osaka Station

Search for this hotel name Six Hotel in Osaka about 10 mins walk if you don't get lost Near Doyama-Cho(gay area in Osaka) The hotel should be behind 24hrs times signboard on the left. Walk straight and take the next right and you'll be on the streets where there are alot of elderly. they will approach you and speak in japanese. Do not worry about communication with them as they are not the girls themselves. The price they will quote you is $13,000 yen for an hour. however if you opt for 40 minutes it will cost $10,000 yen.
walk with the "elderly" and he or she will make some phone calls. you can try to walk yourself but most likely you will get rejected without the help of the "elderly" if you're not a local.

too many people go Tobita, so let me share my experience in Matsushima last night.

Quality of FL not too bad either. Looks to me like mid to late 20s.
Take Chuo line (green) and go to Kujo station.

Take exit 6 and go down the stairs. At the bottom you will see a covered arcade and a 24hr FamilyMart store. Facing the store turn left and walk to the street corner about 10 meters away. Turn right at the corner and enter the street. Turn left at the first cross junction, the one with two small arches at the entrance of the street. You are now in Matsushima shinchi. Look for the shops with white square box signs and white lantern in front. You cannot miss the girls sitting inside and the mamasan.

Strange thing was that the whole place was almost deserted when I was there around 9PM. Some parts of the street I was the only prospector walking alone. Most street you can see only 3-4 other customers inspecting the goods. This is good in that the mamasan and girls are desperate for business.

Under S$100 return all inclusive I also took before for KUL/KIX lah!

AirAsia X deal is attractive but not return trip generally. I recall paying only less than $500 for a one way business class to Osaka. SIN to KUL normal AirAsia flight with first row seat and meal and priority check-in. From KUL - KIX it will be Biz class (full recline seat) via AirAsia X. Because the flight is 2am, you can sleep comfortably reaching Osaka around 9+. Just nice.

Return flight normal noon time so take Scoot Biz class which is about 350 with a one hour stopover in Taipei as my return leg is via Tokyo not Osaka.
