The whole area is under MUP. It could be contractors taking pictures of the surrounding area for progress reports. Also many delivery vehicles making their rounds to the grocery shops at Blk 233 & 234. But on some nights a man in his 30s(heard that he is the boss) would appear sitting in the shop causing ZuEr to lose potential customers. Where is LiLi?
