Actually a lot of TN shop also do that. But they just do it after the client has left the room/cubicle. I encountered numerous time when the towel smell of sweat (especially the massage bed hole area where you put your face in).

i not pinpointing any shop or yishun area,
but generally speaking, u can see the amount of face towel they are drying at the corridoor, can roughly gage how they practice hygience.

then... i also saw some shops , refold the towel, and put back into the face hole of the bed.

last time i always make sure they change the towels when i still go those tn in 41x area. i am very particular about hygience.
