Lookout for the building named Hai Luo Da Xia. there is a brightly lit (as it was nightfall then) convenience store "FAMILY MART" at the corner of this building. The joint is located at the back. Got off the cab and walked to the back of the building and you will see "Hai Lang".

Customers are given a locker and you'll keep your valuables and changed into their "clothes". Not wanting to use the facilities, told the captain I wanna go straight up. Was led to the lift and brought to the 4th floor and ushered into a "Viewing" room. A waist-high glass window separated me and a line-up of around 20+ girls. Had some trouble picking from the parade and finally settled on a sweet looking girl with the number 930.

Captain was quick to point out that for an extra RMB500, I can get a second girl. Hmmm... as is always the case, I asked my selected girl to select her own partner; crossing fingers that she would look appealing but not dissapointed. Both girls are from DongBei. Fair skinned beauties.

Even the front portion of Hai Luo Da Xia is badly-lit except for the FAMILY MART convenience store in front.

No SYTS to be seen on the streets.

That place is discreet and the fact the place is behind a building make it hard to spot from the road. To go there, you need to be on the 'slow' lane to make the turn to the building. The place is badly lit as you said. It has been a year since I went to that place to accompany a friend.
