Bros...need help... Is it possible to marry a foreigner wife if my salary is only between 1600-1900 and my job got no CPF contribution at all? Is it still able to apply for PR or LTSVP? Is there any other solution?

Need advice on a sticky situation......I know Thai lady who husband just died in an accident.....in this scenerio then what happens to her? Will she be send home? They have been married for close to 2 years she is on LTSVP & no children.....she is not on good terms with the husband's family......
