Coincidentally most of the WL whom I am attracted to happen to be based in L1654A. In fact I am not a very loyal client of any house. Very few, if any. They are generally not that well-educated. There are a few who can understand standard English (not Singlish) a little bit but are unable to speak much. There was one whose English was fair (because she was a college graduate) but she has retired long time ago.
