About 1 month later, to help company cut costs, they engaged a real estate agent to help me move to a semi-service apartment, ie, it's still a hotel / service apartment, but some units are sold to private investors, those units are then not let out to hotel guests. But the facilities are still jointly managed by the hotel, ie, swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, reserved / personalised car-park lot, etc, which is all free for me to use. I think the rental is 3+k a month. The commission paid to the agent is bloody 8 - 10k AUD! Similarly, I'm renting a car from the car rental company under my name, so it's cheaper for the company, they can also claim GST rebates, amongst other stuffs. With accomodation, transport & all expenses paid for, I only spend on WLs from my own pocket (actually, I claimed some, but must know how to cover up), I'm paid in EUR, but tax administrated in Asiapac (outside SGP). So if those clubs dont welcome me, I'm fine. Save the money, when I go back PRC, I'm back in heaven again (I'll still be getting EUR pay package)! Now that economy isn't doing very well, I'm also going to take the opportunity to buy properties in PRC. Boring in Sydney, I turned to a little more meaning activities, such as mentoring some PRC Uni students. They interview me for their thesis for free, and I still buy them meals! Some times, I go to the liqour store to buy some alcohol, and then invite them to come to my apartment for some cocktail / potluck parties (make / let them cook). I also brought along my cocktail shaker here, so I turned to house-parties instead of clubbing nowadays.

Anyway, I buay song them now, so it doesn't matter that much anymore. I tend to go karaoke with my PRC & HK frens here. Smoke (yes, we can smoke in the club, cos my frens know the mgmt, arrangements are made for us), drink, play dice games, sing Chinese songs, relive those good times we had back in PRC. 1 of the groups, the gals even shake-head, if u know what I mean. Next, I get 1 week holiday every 2 months at work. So just look forward to the holiday, I'm either going Thailand or PRC for my holidays!

Exactly, that's why now I tone down, save the $$$, count-down to project completion. When go back PRC, use my $$$ more meaningfully by investing in properties. Life oso gets back to "normal" again when I'm back in PRC! KTVs here, unless u go in bigger groups, make more noise / rowdy, then it's fun. Otherwise, 2 - 3 pple go is quite boring, sing until jaw oso tired. Get the KTV girls, usually cant do much, they're more of "flower vase". I'm doing ERP Consulting. Sad to say, this industry is quite guai-lan, it doesn't take in pple w/o experience. Even if u have MBA or PHD, sorry, they don't care. But if u have experience, even if u dont have Uni degree, they may still be interested to talk to u!!! The only exception I'd seen so far is PRC, cos there's so much demand there, they'll recruit fresh grads & train them up. But the starting pay is low (high for PRC standards), plus, PRC market uses Chinese for all communications & documents. Not say I look down on u, but unless u can write very well in Chinese (I'm brought up in a very Chinese environment, but I'm oso abit rusty when I 1st step into PRC. My parents taught me to write in traditional Chinese, while SGP schools use Simplified Chinese, and my sec school Chinese teacher, oso my Dad's & Uncle's schoolmate, went outta syllabus & made us memorise the 300 poems of Tang Dynasty, etc), do business process flows, technical instructions, training materials, presentations, etc etc, u won't be able to compete with them. I took part in press conferences, Uni campus recruitments in PRC, I had to field textbook / theoretical / mathematical questions in Chinese! U imagine those students asking u about graphs, gradients, mathematical formulae in Chinese & answering them back. U go imagine, my recep / secretaries in PRC, they said in their position, Consulting firms pay almost the highest, and their salary is less than 400 SGD! Not to mention, PRC young, fresh grads are very aggressive & "hungry" for more knowledge & experience, eager to learn. But once they get the recognition / rewards, their pay shoot up like rocket!!!

Fluent mandarin as in no Hokkien, Cantonese, Malay etc phrases mixed into the sentence, unlike in SG & Msia, where almost every sentence is rojak. In fact, few months ago, when I was talking to some SG frens in Hokkien, I find my Hokkien kinda not as fluent as b4 oredi. Haven't spoken Hokkien 4 some time oredi. I used to be very fluent in Hokkien (I'm Ah Beng after work / in my leisure time). KTV nightclubs charges are rather acceptable to me. When 3 of us went, we call the hostesses, can't remember, but mebbe about 2 - 3 hours (the gals' charges are hourly, about 60 AUD / hr), 1 bottle of Chivas (another half bottle balance from previous trip), and room, fruit platter etc, the charges came up less than 700 AUD. Comparing with the prices of other stuffs such as food & other necessities, I do not think it's expensive. As for the gals, depends on individual (and yr luck), but most usually can't do much.

Re: Fun in Sydney, Australia
The best place to go for Korean gals is ACE 359 in surry hills district. Usually got bout 6-10 girls on location but the place can get busy.
Damage: 30min - $150 45min - $220 60min - $240 If u take the 45/60min options, a 2nd girl will come in for bout 5-10min. Free. Cannot poke her but she will give u a tongue bath together with the ger u selected. Dun bother going for the Ang Moh joints, almost 99% will be dead fish one. |

I'd never tried that package of 45/60 min, but I'd say, normally, the 2nd gal comes in after u'd spent yr 1st round (if u take 45 mins package & can do 2 rounds within that time frame), at most can get some cheap thrill with fondling / squeezing / caressing. Ang moh joints, didn't try in Sydney, don't intend to try either. I feel I got no "chemistry" with ang mohs. But that's (the problem within) me. In other countries where I had ONS with ang moh gals, the "feeling" is just not there, compared with Asian gals. Furthermore, Sydney being rather racist, I think the chances of having an enjoyable time with ang moh WLs isn't going to be high.

For me, I'd done it b4: if the available gals' looks dont appeal to me, I'd simply say I'll come back another day. I'd seen "baby elephants" at some places, I'd oso seen stunning-looking PRCs (I believe they are PRCs) at the same places. Some give good service, some really poor service. I believe the main problem is, not all the gals work everyday. Many of them work part-time, ie, a few days a week / forthnight only, I oso won't be surprised they "hop around" or "rotate" among a few brothels regularly. Yup, if u are regular & good relations wif mummy, she may recommend u gals who more likely provide better service or "better skills", hahaha. Looks wise, different pple have different tastes. I think it's better for 2nd gal to come in so early, adds on to excitement leh. It may make / tempt u to end up engaging 2 gals or 3-some (in China, commonly called Shuang Fei). Otherwise, may make u cum faster, hahaha.
