Affray is similar to VCH...only if its committed in the view of a PO, then its becomes a seizeable offence.

Did I mentioned a staircase? I merely said if I push you down...during a one to one confrontation I shaft you on you chest and you fell down on the floor...this is what I meant.

Like you said, its Criminal Force and I agreed with you.

As to it being classified as Affray, all I can said is that the pen is mightier than the sword. It depends on how you answer your questions during the interview. It also depends if there is provocation on your side as well as witnesses.

Bro, what u mentioned I think is rash and negligent act...for example your house window never secure properly and fell down....somebody downstairs kenna hit....this is what is know as rash act as coded above....

Yes, a lot depends on the statement and IO to classify the case......this I agreed.....but affray...."sigh".....for a push and fell down really needs a lot of convincing and nice writing especially if you are the one being push....will your statement be that both of you had a quarrel and a fight took place???

Give you a scenario.

During an argument, A pushes B on his chest. The force cause B to fall down a staircase and a result of the fall, B is injured...thats also contitute to the above offence.

Hope you have a better understanding.

Oblivously, you have some knowledge of the Law. I doubt that you are a Law undergraduate and I think that you are probably an active or reservist PNSmen. If you had been an IO before, you will have a better grash of the Law.
