If you go Kabukicho then you will get second grade girls that might not even be Japanese.

If you go to real Soapland scene in Tokyo (there is a few actually), then depending on how much you pay, you will get real authentic cute, beautiful blablabla Japanese girls. My friend is lucky enough to book with a JAV star.

If you go to establishment with AV stars (a lot.. especially on higher end shops), they will probably not give you AV star on first visit. Though, on subsequent one you can request for it, if they say cannot, just tell them you are not interested and leave. If the girl has no strict policy of not taking foreigners, they will call you back etc. I posted quite comprehensive guides on best chance to visit soaplands, do read on them.
