thai houses 2036, 1836, 1811 and iirc 0841 are the better furnished ones.
as for prc houses, not a frequent ground for me but amongst those visited, wh6, wh19 and 2041 are the better furnished ones imo. 1844 is very spacious though the furnishing is alright only
