I rem pager days when I was a student then the good old ericsson then nokia and motorola blackberry. Jogging remains faithfully as a happy pastime thru all the years.. jogging clothing also has more variety into fanciful sports bra, singlets, tights etc. We also have more PCN now, cannot do without PCN in this pandemic coop at home will go mad

But still think it is better to stay at home exercise ...home is the safest...nowadays tis new variant of covid virus is not the same as last year...it's more infectious n travels everywhere n anywhere...it doesn't need to ask yr permission 1st to get into yr nose if u don't wear a mask while exercising...very risky imho...nowadays even put on a mask already feel so unsafe, wat if u don't even put on one

Yes Rickey, very true. Talking about exercise at home, I learn something from Bill Gates.If you cannot meet someone physically, you can do a remote one and it's not zoom meeting. You do the same activity at the same time, like watch a movie, then talk about it later. Eh we can choose a Korean Hip-hop video and dance to it at the same time too lol very safe!
