Bougainvillier Hotel on the Riverfront is very well located & GF ... also close to FCC for lunch etc ..... 10 minute walk to Bar Street

hi, may i just input my 2 cents... depends on what clubs you prefer. if don't speak cambodian, avoid the local clubs unless you go with local friends or expats who can speak khmer. but the quality at the local clubs are always better.

for english and chinese speakers, best stick to darlin darlin, pontoon or casa. manhattan also not too bad, open till 6am!

Yes you are right, I did pass by a few ktv and saw some syt but not knowing how to speak cambodian, I didn't waste my time there. Only know how to say "Or kun" ..

Did went to the embassy area but seem pretty much the same.
Will try to venture further and cross the japanese friendship bridge next time.

Most of the pubs are quite nice.
My regulars which I like are Candy, Sizzlers and 104. Very friendly PR.
Disco I prefer Pontoon over HOD and Rock.

Draft beers are US$1.25 to $1.50 and sometimes they offer 1 for 1.
Lady drinks are US$3, tips about usd1 to 2
ST $20, LT $40
Bar fines ranges from $5 - 10

Most of the hotels are GF, you can try those that the samsters recommended here or Lux which is right inside the street.

Thank you for the info, will try out pontoon on my next trip. Yes, lux looks good from the website.

haha sign language does help, throw in some body langage too.

mahattan is next to HIC hotel, just tell the tuk tuk or motodop holiday disco and he will take u there in no time.

maybe next time i can bring you to a few ktvs i frequent. some quality girls know a little english and the rest is up to your "skill"..

nothing much across the japanese bridge but local beer gardens and smaller ktv joints. best avoided if foreign and without local company. not meaning it in a bad-crime-infested-craphole kind of place.
