is located at kallapapruek road, the condo named metro park, it's a huge condo area. there is many condo located at here too, like the plant and the palazzo etc....

anyway, from here to sukhumvit is about 12-15km, khaosan 10km, navamin 17-20km.

seriously with 12.5k baht i'm willing to rent a studio type condo in sukhumvit area...because everyday i take cab from sathorn to sukhumvit is 300+- baht with 2 ways.....

I am not surprised that some of the condos are of poor workmanship. There's too people trying to profit as much as they can and in most cases, compromising quality.
