After Spending hours on this forum, at this particular tread, i went rounding at T*D* to look for leeman's place today, after 30 min finally found it!

try to ask for the S*K* she was booked, friendly Captain recommend a Filipino Girl for me, very sweet looking, gentle and friendly.

Ban on massage, reflexology centres in PJ

PETALING JAYA: No massage services in Petaling Jaya — at least for the time being. And residents may also have to forego foot and facial massage for a while.

The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has shut down about 80 massage, reflexology and beauty parlours while awaiting new guidelines from the state government.

Petaling Jaya Datuk Bandar Mohamad Roslan Sakiman could not say when the guidelines would be announced. But once in place, all local councils in Selangor will have to abide by them, which indicates that the guidelines may be upgraded to by-laws.

He had no details about the new guidelines, but he said massage parlours would probably have to give up their "private rooms" and it may mean that "only women will massage women, and men will massage men".

"Basically, we don’t want such places to be a front for prostitution," said Mohamad Roslan.

He said massage parlours in different districts around the Klang Valley operated under different guidelines.

Speaking after the council’s full board meeting, he said this had led to unsavoury activities in some places and eventually led to the closure of all but eight such parlours here.

90 mins massage RM 68
Batin RM 45
Tips for specials RM 100
Total Damage RM 213

Actually the price of massage at bro leeman's place is cheap. But the tips that S**,J**** etc gets are very high, considering that batin is already a charged item. Think we shld stop spoiling the market. In other MPs, if batin is already a charged item, a tip of RM 20 - RM 30 is already generous. For MPs that do not provide official batin service, a tip of RM 50 is usually given to the ML.

Expansive yes.... But what to do we dont have lubang other MP that provide
syt good massage with with batin or you call it HJ, and last but not to forget roamming. so most have to make do what we have in hand,

I used to live in Bkk and frequent massage joints there. On average it's 40 R for 2 hrs Thai massage and 80 R for 2 hrs oil at the place that has "extras" and the best girls on the menu. No money was paid to the MP for the "extras" and all the tips were given to the girls.

I was shocked when I came here and found out that some of the MPs charge for "batin." I soon figured out that the only reason they do so is to make the extra ringgit. After all, it doesn't require any extra work by the non-massuers if a client does batin or not. I disagree completely because the girls are doing all the "extra" work and should receive all the tips. I've gone to a few places here where all the tips go straight to the girl and prefer these places.

Can anybody give a good reason, besides profit, for why some shops charge for batin and others do not?

Agree that its a tad bit pricy, but was quite satisfied at the end of the day. Been to Spa's who charged around the same ( 88 + 100) for a 45 minutes massage and body massage (no FJ) but didnt feel quite as happy. I must have been quite unlucky in the past

Yes, I understand. I have gone to the place before. But its the TIPS for special that is too much. I have paid the damage before, after that i warn Leeman dun EVER gif me a PRC again... cos they always very hardsell. (TYPICAL PRC)
The thing is the guy actually WIR = Yes... means he will actually return to find her... means he actually thinks that it is worth it...
