I got back home at 9am after work.

Took a shower and went to bed.

It was about 2pm when I got up. I check my phone and got more than ten miss call from a particular number.

I called back and identified myself but was told that no one was looking for me.

Took a ride to Ghim MOH market to have my favorite chicken rice stall.

As son I reached home my phone rang .

One of the asst ops manager for the security firm called me.

Asst ops manager " hey friend , why u don't answer HP har "

Me " I just reported back from night shift, of course I need to rest so my HP is on silent mode. "

Asst ops manager " U come down to office immediately "

I change to my jeans and t shirt . Head straight down to office.

I went to office to look for the asst ops manager.

He saw me and ask me to come to his desk.

Asst ops manager " here is a cash CHQ of 360 dollars for the three days U have done. On top of that here is 30 dollars cash for your bike petrol. U need not report for work anymore.

I signed the invoice took the cash and CHQ . Immediately , I walk out of the office without looking back. I reached back home and went back to bed straight .

I woke up at 9pm feeling hungry . Order home delivery macs as I was feeling lazy.

My HP rang . It was a overseas call.

Me " hello "

Lady voice " hellos Charles how are u?"

I recognized that slang .

Me " how are u Miss V?"

Lady V " I coming back to Singapore soon for a golf event , could you come and pick me"

Me " errhhhh" .... I hesitated

Lady V " tsk ... What's the matter you don't want to pick up? " .... Sounding Impatient.

Me " is not that, I am no longer working for the same LIMO company . So maybe you should get your PA to liaise direct with the LIMO company instead.

Lady V " what ! ... What happen ? ... She sound very concern. When did this happen ?

Me " I am ok. I am just doing some temp job. I left the job three days ago."

Lady v " oh I see. Ok Charles i will get my PA to get it done. Sorry I got a conference call coming in I got to go.

I didn't even have the chance to say goodbye and the line went off.

Me " then why did you take so long to even call me back and seek clarification on this matter.

My boss lower his head .

Me " boss , tell me the truth. I know is not about my dismissal.

BOSS " ok.... Ms V PA called and requested for your service .... Charles they are our big clientele. I can't afford to lose them. Pls help me on this"

Me " I will not come back to work for you, however this is the last time I am helping you. I will be charging you as a private contractor. My rates are 700 dollars per day and you have to book my services for minimum of 5 days."

Boss " that is very high, the market rate is about 500 dollars. "

Me " 700 dollars , include my personal car, petrol , parking charges , ERP . Everything . U need not provide me anything. U think about it" .... I heading back first boss.

Boss " is ok is ok. Deal !

He stood up shook my hand and we parted ways.

I decided to visit Mr Tan to borrow the BMW 7 series .

Mr tan wasn't at home he is attending a conference and will be back at night. His personal driver handed me the key.

I wrote mr tan a short memo and requested his personal driver to pass it to him.

I checked the car once thru before I start the engine. Took a short drive to warm up the car before heading back home.

I parked the car at the park and ride scheme near to queenstown MRT station.

After which I decide to head to Queensway shopping centre . I bought two light fabric blazers. Got a couple of round neck t shirts. Since I running my own show, i thg I change my attire to stand out from the normal limo drivers. I ditch my normal black leather shoe and trade it for a puma black formula one racing shoe.

Happy with my purchase I took bus back home.

I had dinner at a coffeeshop near my home.

As soon I reached home I text Miss V that I would be the one picking her up. All she need to do is fill in with flight arrivals details.

Haven't been sleeping well due to the night shift work, off the lights and hit the bed at 830pm.
