Food for thought my french man. The french took their recipe from the Chinese and spices from India. French bread have high trans fat due to margerine use. Trans fat has totally no health benefits. From a person that cooks and studies french cuisine, I would say that you know nothing about french food or food in general. French food has a long history from Tirel to Escoffier and they're food has nothing to do with the chinese. You must be talking about Italian food? where they took the concept of pasta from the chinese? no?
And i Dont know which kinda cheap kopitiam French food you've been eating. Surely if you know anything about food you'll know that the french are famous for their excessive use of butter? Any proper french bread would be made with butter, not margarine.

Some people like being smart alecs, some like to show off the little knowledge they have, some like to display complete false knowledge. These people will not be welcomed with open arms, or open legs. As a matter of fact, they will get chak-ed in the arse (though some may enjoy that).
