Stay overnight in the station for free with food and bed provided but no blankets. Subsequently, upon leaving the station, particulars and thumbprints register into the system and passport is confisicated. Then they are given a few days to go back to pack and then leave Sillypore. They will be given a piece of paper to report to the Immigration office at the airport for collecting of their passports with the special chop.

after check in , got 2-3 ICA officer escort them to the boarding gate , after making sure they go up the plane then the officer will leave , during the escort period , they are not allow to talk to anyone , or buy anything .

but no handcuff was use , just walk in grp with those got caught .

i have never see this b4, only know for those that are stopped from entering singapore have to go through that or maybe this only happened in budget terminal.

Previously, my wife's friend got caught, went back on the same day, same time as me. I even brought her along to DFS to buy cigarettes and liqour b4 we board the plane. BTW, that was in Terminal 1.

1. Fingerprint-ed and no handphone used.
2. Lock-up with group of people under same plight
3. No blanket. But aircon and canteen food.
4. ICA check whichever airlines have slots at possibly shortest time.
5. Cisco send them up the plane personally.

1 to 3, yes.
4 & 5, This will happen to those got rejected from entering.

Have u encountered this yurself? I went back with my wife's friend who was caught on the same flight. Cannot be she got special treatment, she told me the few other girls with the same plight also told her that they are treated same.

I encounter TWICE personally outside airport.

Are we to referring to not eligible to be granted entry into singapore?

I asked ICA when was she going back. Flight timing. "We are unable to reveal because it will depends on the flight availability of the possible earliest airline". Altro she's in jetstar. But using this excuse. They don't want to let u know when she leaves. In both occasions, both encounter last less than 24hrs.

About 3 years ago i brought my gf n her cousin to singapore. My gf was cleared but her cousin was sent to the office for questioning. Her money n air ticket was with me. I told the officer that i can guarantee her stay but they still send her to the office at the airport. I waited for 2 hrs outside the airport n decide to go home. Later an ICA officer called me n say must send her back. They ask me to buy her a new ticket n give them the ticket reference. I refuse n said that i can guarantee her stay if they allow her in but i have no reason to pay for her return ticket as the decision to reject her is ICA not me. ICA keep calling me several times but i still refuse. Later they asked for original ticket reference n I think they might have changed the ticket but neither me nor my gf cousin paid a cent for her return ticket. Guess if nobody willing to sponsor then they lan lan got to pay for the ticket with tax payers' money.

No such thing as using taxpayer money. ICA will contact the Vietnam embassy who will then pay first for their national and recover from them back in their country. Same SOP for China, Thailand, Indonesia and almost all countries.... with the exception of India.
