Just got back from SH, learnt this from someone working in the HC, raid on HC is still ongoing, was told that day time is safer especially early part of the day, the place I frequent "Ming Dian" in Pudong is quite safe, has not got any raid since it begun.

1st place - Jing Se Yang Guang - Quite a nice place, not very high end or luxurious but the mamasan has excellent service and bought us extra food from outside during the night. tips i think was 200-300 as my friend paid for it.
