Pls advise which money changer offer better RMB exchange rate ? Is it People Park?

I know these stalls change NT$ to RMB coz alot of taiwaneses around but I am not sure abt S$. Even if they do, I am sure the exchange rate is very low. Best is still to change in Spore or remit over before going.

Have been looking at rates since the past year and have found these rates approximate, so if any bros don't have time to check the money changer rates, this is a rough guide of what to expect.


Correlation with S/T published rates

For course, we still rely on bros to update the rates from the various money changers. The best few seem to be RP, TP and of course China town for the most competitive rates. To some extent changing mid week might be a better bet, but these are still based closely around the published rates.
