There is a desktop at the lobby for those without notebook and the next door restaurant, ktv, big tv screen and pool tables with music band managed by the hotel that only open during dinner time till 4am. Nice foods and popular with local Thai.

To be fair to Sillypore, there are 63 million Thais so I guess the ad revenues can cover the costs of the broadcasts.

Its only damn irritating that whenever they up the price of subscription the Silly Times will angkat their big advertisers (read Singtel and Starhub) by running an article with a quote but some grinning idiot (real or not I dunno) "its still cheap compared to flying there to catch the game or its only once in 4 years" crap. I stopped subscribing 2 World Cups ago!
