Okie, i'm currently in the Imageshack site. which url do i copy? there were many options:

1) Thumbnail for Websites
2) Thumbnail for forums (1)
3) Thumbnail for forums (2)
4) Hotlink for forums (1)
5) Hotlink for forums (2)
6) Hotlink for websites or,
7) Direct link to image ????

So, do i just copy the whole string and paste it in the Link Exchange Plaza?

My health has suffered a bit, with occasional breathing difficulties getting more often. I have been advised to take up Yoga.
