Anyway I think that is so funny...good example but I am afraid that pushing you down is criminal force and it is different from the scenerio whereby the FL are beaten up...and as mentioned in my previous post, depending on the extend of the injuries...not necessary must broken legs or bones but a permanent scar in this instance a permanent disfiguration of the face will constitute to VCGH...what is disfiguration? I think the elements for affray is rather slim if someone pushes you down from the stairs..I think for affray to work, unless it is seen by a PO...if not very difficult to prove......because both parties will claim to become the victims but eventually those with injuries will be more convicing to be the victom while the other party will be deem as the assailant....I reckon you are aware that affray is a non-seizable offence and will only be seizable in the view of a PO....

Anyway, at the end of the day..I think it is still advisable for threadstarter to advise his lady friend to report the matter to the police.....

After reading all the bros' comments and advise, the only clear info come from your first post that she's being raped by 2 men and beaten up badly, then you mentioned " no payment after rape"......

That means a transaction turn sour, 2 bastards fuck and dun pay, when this happen, the FL shout rape - this might be quite a weak case for the FL. The police might classified as a civil case, but yet they can detained her base on her prostitution activities.

This is a lose-lose situation for her if she report to the police, the only satisfaction is to see the 2 bastards behind bars, she will still not get paid for the fuck.
Having say that, we also can't let the 2 bastards to go free and might make them bolder next time knowing the FL dun dare to report them.

So its better you give this FL all the options and let her decide.
