Agree with most of the recent postings on the degradation of service quality. I came here frequently from 2009-2012. Standard tip was RM50 for HJ & roaming.

Some time last year, things started to deteriorate and the PRCs started to demand extra tips for roaming and I have since stopped patronising this joint.

Better to let this joint die than be a carrot.
