Mate, you're an idiot. Not all of us train for the physical beauty itself. In fact, the mental aspect of training is more enriching; the ability to push through the temporary pain and break through to new heights, or in enduring through after a long day of work. For some of us, it was never about narcissism.

FYI, I am built, but some see me in a bodybuilder's light. I have never slept with a girl who didn't like the feel of muscles across my body. Sure, they may not take much notice before the act, but the compliments come fast after that.

Having a built and chielsed physique is definitely superior to having an average physique. Of course, personality is the most major part of the equation, and being a prick like the TS will only "negate" your impressive exterior.

If you are training/want to train, you should not be doing it for others, not for the girls, but yourself. You will not only get bigger and stronger on the exterior, you will also grow internally - increased discipline, determination, self-belief and these will create positive externalities on the other aspects of your life.


As far as hooking up goes, the "sweet mouth" is only part of the equation. IMHO, the entire equation looks like this:

alpha personality (i.e. having game) + amazing physique + wisdom & intelligence + financial wealth = you (the girls will naturally come)

IMHO, like any other sport, passion is the underlying reason. Roger Federer plays tennis not because he wants to attract the ladies but because he’s really passionate about it. Similarly, Ronnie Coleman bodybuilds because he really loves bodybuilding. Linking bodybuilding directly to picking up girls is just a plain insult to the sport, and to the elite bodybuilders (i.e. those IFBB pros) who have dedicated their entire lives to this sport. Do you think Ronnie Coleman gives a damn whether Jennifer Aniston thinks he’s “hot”? If he did, he would be nowhere where he is today.

I do not deny narcissism can be a reason for a person’s passion for bodybuilding. You played basketball for the first time, and you realised you love this sport. Similarly, your cousin took you to the gym for the first time, and somewhat just fell in love with pumping iron. Seriously, passion is unexplainable.

Nonetheless, whatever the reason for this passion is of secondary importance. The thing to note is the amount of time and dedication those elite bodybuilders are willing to sacrifice for their passion. At least these people have something which they are truly passionate about, and they are prepared to devote their lives to it. In other fields, we witness athletes, martial art practitioners, musicians, political activists and so forth dedicate their lives to something which they are highly passionate about. Seriously, I really take my hat off such people and at times envy them. Life becomes truly meaningful only when you are truly passionate about something. How many people living on this earth have found something they are really passionate about, and are pursuing it? Most people are just passing their lives day by day, without knowing what they really want in life.

nowaday bodybuilding standard drop so much ,passion of bodybuilding indeed is all about time and dedication not waste time looking for fb .If you have well build body that find a lady whom like it , she leech to you . don't need stood to so low and beg for FB .

Elite bodybuilder i have lot of friend which is history or legend in singapore bodybuilding . They training day in day out yet they manage to get many admiring babe . mayb i get azman or unlce liang to scold u better when i see them .
